2021 – present Mark is an Associate Lecturer on the Tavistock Clinic’s Professional Doctorate in Consultation and the Organisation, involving coaching, small group work, lecturing and supervising.

2020-2021 Mark ran leadership and employee engagement workshops for the Small Business Leadership Programme at the University of Leicester, involving coaching, small group work, lecturing and leadership development.

2010-2021 Mark was the Module Director for the organisational behaviour module on the BA Management Studies, University of Leicester, involving coaching, small group work, lecturing and leadership development.

2010-2018 Mark was the Module Director for the organisational behaviour module on the MSc Management, University of Leicester, involving coaching, small group work, lecturing and leadership development.

2014 Mark ran a workshop for the HEC Paris/Oxford University Consulting and Coaching for Change Masters Programme, held at the University of Oxford.

2013 Mark ran a workshop for the Consulting and Coaching for Change Masters Programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

2013 Mark ran a leadership workshop for Senior Administrators from Pakistan Universities, held at the University of Leicester.

2011 Mark was on the staff of a leadership/coaching/group relations training programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau. Client organization: Lafarge, France.

2010 Mark was on the staff of a leadership/coaching/group relations training programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau. Client organization: Redcats, France.

2007 Mark ran several workshops for the Consulting and Coaching for Change Masters Programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

2005-2009 Mark was Module Director for the leadership elective on the MBA at Imperial College London. This involved giving lectures, working with small groups, undertaking coaching, as well as assessing presentations and assignments for the MBA students.

2005-2009 Mark was Programme Director of the MSc Management and Module Director of the Organisational Behaviour module at Imperial College London. This involved directing the academic programme, giving lectures, working with small groups, undertaking coaching, as well as assessing presentations and assignments for the MBA students.

2004-2005 Mark undertook coaching with Sandler Consulting, working with the John Lewis Partnership.

2002-2004 Mark was employed as a tutor and coach on the Leadership module, EMBA programme, London Business School (LBS). Using 360 degree feedback, Belbin, Firo-B and other psychometric instruments, this involved coaching small groups and individual students on the programme.

2000-2001 Mark ran leadership training for the London Borough of Redbridge.

1998 Mark ran leadership/coaching/group relations training for the Walt Disney Group, London.

1993-1995 Mark was a Researcher and Consultant at the Tavistock Institute, where, alongside ACAS, he did consulting and coaching on teamwork in manufacturing. Clients included ACCO-REXEL, BICC, Britax Vega, Leyland Trucks and the Rover group.

1989-1993 Mark was a Research Fellow at the Programme for Service, BIOSS, Brunel University, where he undertook research, coaching and consulting. Clients included Trusthouse Forte, Welcome Break, Aer Rianta, Abbey National and Skandia Life.
